Look at your email list; I do not think there are 100 people on it; even if it were 1000 or 10,000; do you really believe that we will be able to maintain a democracy with being omitted by the mainstream media, politicians and especially with an army lawyers?
The govenment is way ahead of us in implimenting tyranical rule. They know we have been in existence (groups such as ours; with pockets of us all over the United States) for at least 20 years. Prosecutors and judges have meetings about us and talk about how to countermove our remendies.
You may win battles, but will ultimately lose the war. We do not have a snowball's chance in hell when we will face martial law, which just needs one more attack that may take out at least 10,000 people.
It is interesting to note that on 9/11, the authorities were telling those that wanted to leave the World Trade Center that day, to remain in the building. That was deliberate in order to raise the body count. I suspect that martial law will be the "October Surprise" of 2008. Your Servant,Mark DeBarbieri

"Guard with jealous attention the public liberty.Suspect every one who approaches that jewel.Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force.Whenever you give up that force, you are ruined....O sir, we should have fine times, indeed, if to punish tyrants,it were only sufficient to assemble the people!"-- Patrick Henry(1736-1799) US Founding Fatherhttp://quotes.liberty-tree.ca/quote_blog/Patrick.Henry.Quote.B676 [full story]

"Whereas civil rulers, not having their duty to the people duly before them, may attempt to tyrannize, and as military forces, which must be occasionally raised to defend our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the people are confirmed by the article in their right to keep and bear their private arms."-- Tench Coxe(1755-1824) American political economistSource: Writing as "A Pennsylvanian," in "Remarks On The First Part Of The Amendments To The Federal Constitution," in the _Philadelphia Federal Gazette,_ June 18, 1789, p.2 col.1 http://quotes.liberty-tree.ca/quote_blog/Tench.Coxe.Quote.B6A3 [full story]

"Besides the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation, the existence of subordinate governments, to which the people are attached, and by which the militia officers are appointed, forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of. Notwithstanding the military establishments in the several kingdoms of Europe, which are carried as far as the public resources will bear, the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms. DEMOCRACY or TOTALITARIANISM:
TOTALITARIANISM. “In a totalitarian state, the goal is to serve the needs of an expanding industrial order and the complexities of bureaucratic government” (Science News Letter). “The extension of government control to all major aspects of social life, typically in the forceful pursuit of a single, overriding objective, and without regard for individual rights or the rule of law” (Encyc. Btir.)
The “overriding objective” being to establish a “ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT”, controlled by the INTERNATIONAL BANKS, sovereign over all the PEOPLE of the World. The International Banks become the DICTATOR having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism through terror and censorship.
The “individual rights” disregarded include the RIGHT to TRIAL BY JURY, to FREE SPEECH, to OWN PROPERTY, to FREE ELECTIONS, etc.
TYRANNY cannot co-exist with TRUTH, JUSTICE, FREEDOM and DEMOCRACY. [full story]

PLEASE FORWARD TO ANYONE YOU KNOW WHO INTENDS TO VOTE IN THE ONTARIO PROVINCIAL ELECTION!
Having gone carefully through the info on this Mixed-Member-Proportional Referendum, a number of things immediately come to mind, and I don't like ANY of them:
1. There is not enough information given on actual EFFECTS of the MMP change for people to make an informed decision... and this is deliberate, make no mistake.
2. Any time enough information is NOT given for an informed decision, BEWARE MAKING THAT CHOICE... because somebody is hiding something.
3. In this case it is hidden in plain sight: there is REDUCED accountability, ENLARGED riding boundaries so that fewer MPP's serve more people and a greater area. There are 39 MPP's which are appointed, not voted for, and by the parties they represent, not the people, so they are accountable to nobody but their own party leader. These MPP's will cost the taxpayer many millions in salaries, office and other expenses, and to what end?
4. Clearly there is NO BENEFIT to the people of Ontario. There likewise is NO BENEFIT to alternative parties since there is a threshhold of 3% of the votes in order for any party to get a list member seat... so those who think they can get seats in the Legislature through this system are misled. The Republican Party of Ontario's reply to the City of London
2007 Provincial Election Candidate
How will you and your Party support the work and early implementation of the Provincial-Municipal Fiscal and Service Delivery Review as a measure to restore the provincial-municipal fiscal imbalance in a fair, equitable, and sustainable manner? Will you and your party commit to uploading further municipal funding responsibilities to the province for services such as Public Health, Social Services and Land Ambulance?
RPO reply: Our Party believes that there needs to be an elimination of all extraneous government corporations whether sole or aggregate [see Exhibits 1 and 2]. This means that all separate government corporations such as school boards, conservation authorities, MPAC, Children’s Aid, CBC, CFIA, and their Presidents / Chairman’s, officers, directors / boards, etc are to be eliminated.
Our party then advocates the clear ownership and operating control of this new government aggregate corporation be in the People [registered eligible voters] of the local community by direct share ownership of a new local ELECTORAL DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE CORPORATION [EDAC]. There would be one EDAC for each electoral district. [full story]
